Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. Here's how that works in practice.

If something arrived damaged, defective, or wrong

Email hi@chiquiart.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and, if it's a shipping problem, the packaging it came in.

We'll refund you or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. You don't need to ship anything back to us. Postage on a small item usually costs more than the item itself, so please keep it, pass it on to a friend, or recycle it.

This applies wherever in the world you are.

If you changed your mind

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Email hi@chiquiart.com first and tell us what you'd like to send back. Once we've confirmed, we'll give you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted, because we won't know whose order they belong to.

To be eligible, the item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, with pins still on their backing card and stickers unpeeled.

Return postage is on you for change-of-mind returns, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded. For orders shipped outside the US, return postage will usually cost more than the order did, so email us before spending anything and we'll figure out something sensible together.

Exchanges

The fastest route is a refund plus a new order. Send the original item back, and once we've confirmed it's on its way, place a fresh order for what you actually wanted. That way you're not waiting on two rounds of postage before your replacement ships.

• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized orders
• Anything marked final sale

Refunds

Once we've received your return, or once we've seen your photo in the case of a damaged or incorrect item, we'll email you to confirm the refund and then issue it to your original payment method.

Refunds usually appear within 3 to 10 business days, though the exact timing is up to your bank or card company rather than us.
